When to use
Two scoops recommended during the early morning period and two scoops immediately after training.
How to use
- Add 1 scoop (40g) to a shaker with 300ml of water (or more/less to suit taste) for snacking or pre workout.
- Add 2 scoops (80g) to a shaker with 600ml of water (or more/less to suit taste) immediately after training.
- Add 1 scoop (40g) to a shaker with 300ml of water (or more/less to suit taste) anytime as required.
Shake for 10 seconds and drink. Add more water to mix to acheive preferred taste. Can be added to other types of mix such as smoothies or cereals, why not experiment?>
